What this is
Nuticast is a macOS utility distributed directly (not through the App Store) for personal and professional development use. By downloading or using it, you agree to these terms.
As-is, no warranty
The app is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. It shells out to
system utilities (tailscale, dns-sd, devicectl) and opens local network
listener sockets to relay traffic — it is not sandboxed, and it is your
responsibility to run it on devices and networks you're authorized to
configure. We are not liable for connectivity issues, data loss, or any
indirect damages arising from its use.
Licensing
A purchased license is for personal or single-organization use across your own devices. Redistribution or resale of the app or a license key is not permitted.
Third-party dependencies
The app requires Tailscale, which is a separate product operated by
Tailscale Inc., and Apple's own developer tooling (Xcode, devicectl). We
are not affiliated with Apple Inc. or Tailscale Inc., and are not responsible
for changes those companies make to their own software that affect how this
app functions.

Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
